Job Description:
As the Data & Migration Lead, you'll collaborate with business data leads, process owners, and implementation partners to coordinate all data-related project activities. You'll establish planning and monitoring frameworks, ensure comprehensive documentation, and guide stakeholders to achieve smooth data cleansing, enrichment, and high-quality results. Expect to play a key role during the hyper care period.
Key Focus areas & Deliverables:
Lead conversion design: map data fields between legacy systems & SAP, set extraction, enrichment, and cleansing criteria
Deliver mock load data for test cycles
Coordinate & validate data during pre/post load phases of Mock cycles
Design and implement master data management (MDM) processes for sourcing & procurement
Contribute to MDM governance and organization improvements
Responsibilities: Drive leadership and execution of deliverables within business data & migration
Coordinate cross-functional requirements on data objects
Oversee data validation during Mock cycles
Collaborate closely with business data leads and workstream leaders
Provide expert reporting to S2P workstream lead
Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
Deep SAP knowledge in procurement required; Ariba experience is a bonus
Track record in procurement master data management and SAP implementation programs
Strong analytical skills; ability to switch between big picture and detail orientation
Experience with project planning & methodologies, Jira, and Solution Manager
Industry knowledge in pulp and paper is advantageous
Soft Skills:
Leadership and team management ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical environments
Strategic problem-solving and decisive mindset
Ownership and accountability for project result
Fluent English (primary), Swedish (secondary)
