Data Analyst
For Amgen Nordic and Baltic HQ we are now looking for a full time Data Analyst. The person will work in an international team and will report to Commercial Excellence Manager.
This position offers a unique opportunity to grow for an analyst who is excited about possibilities brought by data. Working in the head office of Nordic & Baltic affiliate, the person will gain a lot of experience from collaboration with multiple stakeholders both from our internal teams and European hub. Availability of extensive datasets around CRM, sales and other sources will enable the person to make valuable analyses to gain business insights and drive decisions. In addition, the person will be surrounded by a team of highly skilled and supportive colleagues who work hard but also have fun together.
The position is based in Solna, Sweden. Occasional traveling to the Nordic & Baltic countries and our European hub in Switzerland will be required.
Main Responsibilities
Structuring and automating data processing for data coming from multiple sources
Improving the efficiency of current data handling & reporting approach
Development of new dashboards for country teams and management
Maintaining local SQL server with implementing changes required (due to new product, new employee, geography, year shift)
Proving recommendations to our organization for longer term, based on knowledge in advanced analytics & awareness in approaching trends in data engineering
Ad-hoc analysis on customer interaction, marketing and detailed sales statistics
Qualifications
University degree in data / computer/ electrical & electronics engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics.
Advanced programming skills (experience with multiple programming languages and ability to learn a new one in very short time frame)
Expert in SQL databases including design & administration
Experience with MS SQL and Oracle SQL
Tableau advanced developer skills
Expert in Excel (preferably including VBA)
1-5 years of experience in Data Analyst/Business Analyst/ BI Specialist/Software developer or a similar role is good to have
Excellent English skills in all aspects
Strong presentation and communication skills
Good organization skills with shifting priorities
R/Python/SAS knowledge is a plus
Amazon Redshift knowledge is a plus
Power BI or Qlikview is a plus
