We are hiring! Our team is responsible for developing cloud solutions for autonomous trucks, machines and sites; both on-road and off-road. The Cloud team is a part of the Technology organization at Volvo Autonomous Solutions. We design the solutions of the future including connectivity, teleoperation, cybersecurity and cloud services for autonomous traffic, fleet and productivity management. WHO ARE YOU? WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING WITH?
We are eager to get to know a motivated cybersecurity engineer to help us navigate in the new universe of connected and autonomous vehicles. Together with our team, you play an important role by supporting the organization in making the right design decisions and helping us to take our concepts into customer implementations.
You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for cybersecurity in our platform development as well as our customer implementations of autonomous transport solutions. You will be analyzing our system design from a cybersecurity perspective, identifying threats and weaknesses, and advising regards how to build a secure system.
Depending on your interest, you will have the opportunity to either be part of forming a RED team with offensive responsibilities to make security threats visible by attacking our system or a BLUE team with defensive responsibilities to stop potential attacks.
Since we don't know you yet, we are not exactly sure about who you are or what you know. But if we guess, we believe that you have your background in this area:
You have experience when it comes to performing Cybersecurity Threat and Risk Analysis (TARA)
You are knowledgeable when it comes to secure architecture (both HW and SW), network security and building chain of trust.
You may already have experience of the automotive industry or have knowledge in cloud solutions such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure. If not, you probably have the interest to learn.

LOCATION
At Volvo Autonomous Solutions we have a well-established setup for working remotely. We are based in Eskilstuna and Gothenburg. Candidates for this position should have possibility to have a somewhat regular face-to-face presence in Gothenburg and/or Eskilstuna.
