hela Sverige We are looking for CX Senior Consultant for our client who is leading software consulting company. This is Permanent Recruitment with our client.

Client has recognized excellence and a strong market position in Finland in leading software platforms and key technology ecosystems (such as SAP and Microsoft ) and in integrating them seamlessly into customers ' business. its customers include more than 100 leading and well-known companies in their industries.
About role:
As a CX Senior Consultant! You are strongly committed to the customers ' business issues and help them find solutions for smarter work and better customer satisfaction. You gain customer trust by seeing solutions instead of problems, with a smooth dialogue with architects, developers, product owners, and other key people in the customer business organization. A large part of your role would also be to work with customers from an early stage of the sales process and to actively participate in presales.
Main responsibilities
* Build winning stories with Sales and Account Executives
* Bring vision and insight in their domain of expertise
* Take part in offering development
* Act as influencer internally and externally
* Work in billable part time role in customer project
* Possible KPIs: Revenue, growth, utilization, and customer satisfaction
Selection criteria
* Current superpowers in CX solutions (preferably SAP)
* Team player by heart
* Build winning stories and develop our offering.
* Facilitate or consult project starts in close cooperation with project teams
* Proven track record in presales & sales support
* Experienced in offering development
* Experienced in C-level discussions with our customers
* Proficient in English
* Preferably proficient in Swedish
