You're passionate about aviation, tech savvy and able to work from our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
This is a part-time role that includes working on weekends. The hours are flexible so the job could easily be combined with university studies etc.
Responsibilities
• Respond to questions, via our email support platform (Freshdesk), about Flightradar24 features, content, and technical issues
• Troubleshoot technical issues and writing bug reports
• Triage issues and escalate them when necessary
Qualifications
• Interest in aviation
• Strong English writing skills
• Passion for helping others and creating customer support experiences that wow users
• Ability to troubleshoot problems to find speedy resolutions
• Skilled at handling multiple issues at once to efficiently solve a large number of inquiries
• Strong interest in technology
• Familiarity with iOS and Android devices
Preferred qualifications
• Solid writing skills Portuguese and/or Spanish
• Customer support experience in a high-volume environment and familiarity with a case management system, preferably Freshdesk
• University student
