We are looking for a new colleague to our Customer Service Team (CST) in Gothenburg. Here we ensure that the Freight is moving as planned while having a close eye on service levels towards the freight customers as well as departure optimization. It is also our responsibility to upsell services and offer alternative departures when necessary. Our mission is to meet our customer 's expectations with proactive work and an operational dialog.

What will you do?
As a member of our Customer Service Team you are involved in the team's daily work. It includes bookings, optimization of different cargo, transports and proactively marketing our transportation network. You have close contact with our customers. We always strive to offer each customer the best freight solution possible!

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in transport, logistics and optimization. You have the ability to work in a structured manner and your main focus is to find the best solution for our customers, even on the busiest of days. If you get motivated by being a part of our operational business and have an interest for analyzing customer patterns and statistics, you are definitely the right person for this role! You are open to new ideas and ways to improve our processes and business.

The must-have 's:

• An education in international logistics and transportation or equivalent within the transport sector
• Experience from working with transport planning
• Good knowledge in working with dangerous goods
• Fluent in English and a Driver's license.
