Based in Chicago, IL, United States with regional marketing centers in Bridgewater, NJ, United States, Singapore and Stenungsund, Sweden, we are leading supplier of specialty surfactants and synthetic and bio-polymers additives. We service a wide range of industries including agro, asphalt, cleaning, fabric care, mining, personal care and petroleum.
We are now looking for an individual who can fulfil the following role as Customer Service Supervisor within Surface Chemistry EMEIA ( Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa) in Stenungsund. You will be the supervisor of your team consisting of nine people.
Main responsibilities
-Process expert in how to set up service with customers and about what service we can provide.
- First contact on tactical level of order to cash questions.
- Gatekeeper for order intake and first point of contact for availability issues.
- Responsible for workload balance in customer service operator team.
- Responsible for leading, coaching the team and individuals.
- Working together with other Customer service representatives and logistic leaders in globally planning team targets.
- Support the implementation of the IBP process in EMEIA regions.
- Available for monthly calls with business segment.
To be successful in this position you have a strong knowledge of customer order. You are communicative and confident in your own expertise and deliver results while maintaining a high quality in your work. You are able to stay calm under pressure and do not get stressed easily.
As a leader you are confident and convincing in leading people and to distribute tasks to point your team in the right direction. You are also a team-oriented relation builder with a positive attitude and have an including leadership approach.
- Minimum theoretical education high school-level in the area sales, trade, administration and/or logistics.
-At least 1-3 years' work experience in a relevant professional area.
- Leadership experience.
- Excellent customer service sense.
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are beneficial.
-Used to computer systems, preferably SAP.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in order to be effective, good communicative and interpersonal skills, service minded and positive.
