Customer Service Representative
As a key member of customer service team you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and support to our customers globally.
What we will expect from you:
• Provide an excellent experience with every customer interaction
• Utilize strong communication and customer service skills to respond to customer inquiries
• Consistently practice good judgment and problem solving skills when handle confidential information
• Ability to manage difficult customer issues while working in a fast paced environment and handle pressure
• Enjoy working alongside a great team!
Job Requirements :
• +5 years' experience of customer service
• Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
• Proven success working in a fast past environment
• Team Player
• Strong Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP
• Problem solver
• English and Swedish both verbal and written, other languages a bonus
• Proven experience of working with Letter of Credit and other payment forms
• Good understanding of international business
• Associate Degree preferred
