hela Sverige Reebok-CCM Hockey, which is part of the adidas Group, is responsible for all development, marketing and sales of the group's hockey products under the brand names Reebok and CCM, the most recognized hockey brands in the world. As a part of our European Consolidation project we are establishing a new European hockey main office in Solna, Sweden.
Key responsibilities:
For the Scandinavian market, with location in Solna, Sweden, we are now looking for two Customer Service Representatives. Reporting to the Customer Service Team leader, your main responsibility will be to to sell, support and guide our re-order customers through incoming and outgoing sales activities via the telephone.
Key tasks:
• To establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers in the company?s best interests.
• Assist customers and consumers with various information requests. i.e. order tracking, stock availability, retail prices, purchase prices, discounts, delivery dates, claims and returns questions etc.
• Actively work with our customers and sell pre-defined products.
• Ensuring integrity of orders and maximizing sales and conversion opportunities
• Actively sell and contribute in conducting pre-defined telemarketing campaigns.
• Update B24 orders into the ERP system.
• Support business on delivery of sales and financial targets and objectives
Your profile:
We are looking for a person with experience from administration and/or sales. Experience from a service function is an advantage. You are a good communicator with responsible and well organized work ethic. Preferably you have experience from working with ERP systems. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
The ideal candidate is a customer focused and sales oriented team player with a winner?s attitude. Strong interest in ice hockey and sports in general is an advantage.
