We are looking for a Customer Project manager to join our team B2C Delivery. Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you will do
As Customer Project Manager, you are responsible for the delivery and continuous information about delivery status to property owners, tenant-owner associations and homeowners.
More specifically, you will be responsible for a number of contemporary delivery projects with tight deadlines. It is important that you are solution oriented as several of our customers requires advanced solutions. You are also responsible for ensuring a standardized delivery process that in the long term will simplify and shorten lead times in delivery projects as far as possible.
You should be used to working with and running projects with several different stakeholders and steering groups. You will work closely with Networks, Sales organization and our product house and place high demands on analytical capacity as well as the ability to make the organization work towards a common goal through clarity, drive and enthusiasm. Your duties and responsibilities includes:
* Lead the delivery of several specific customer projects
* Be a part of a bid team to deliver the calculations connected to a customer solution
* Deliver projects according to set budget
* Continuously provide the customer with information about progress in delivery and any deviations
* Conduct deliveries according to Telenor's project model with relevant stakeholders
* Establish a standardized delivery model and continuously update it
* Acts as ambassador for the product area and the business area from a Network point of view
Who you are
To succeed in the role as Customer Project Manager within B2C Delivery, we believe that you have an academic degree in economics, computer / IT or technology. You have precious experience in project management and a good understanding of delivery processes from telecommunications companies. You have an analytical mindset and the ability to spin on successes and solve identified problems. In addition, we are looking for a "performer" who can handle and keep track on many things at a time.
* Good understanding of business economics and profitability
* High work and drive with an eye for details as well as overall capacity
* Quick to learn and places great value on delivering on time and with good quality
* Ability to develop strong relationships within and outside the company
* Has great customer insight and the ability to understand customers' needs and behaviors
