On behalf of Bookbeat we are now looking for a Customer Experience Support to their team in Stockholm, Sweden. Since day one, BookBeat has been the leading audiobook service on the Finnish market and the growth journey in our neighboring country continues. To ensure that Bookbeats fantastic Finnish customers receive the best possible help, we are now looking for a Finnish-speaking superstar that will join the Customer Experience team. If you love books, technology and being in contact with customers as well as want to be part of the BookBeat journey, this is a golden opportunity that you don't want to miss!
• This is initially a 6-month contract through us at Academic Work. With a chance of extension. You will be hired as a consultant, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for Axis.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Customer Experience Support you will learn all about how BookBeat works and be responsible to solve trickier customer issues. You will for example:
• Answer our customers in writing, but when needed you might also support them on the phone
• You will work closely with other teams at BookBeat to analyze, understand, and resolve issues and problems. In other words, this is a diversified role with the customer at heart
Your focus will be on the Finnish market but support on other markets may be needed from time to time - therefore you should feel confident communicating fluently in English and Finnish.

• Genuinely wants to understand our customers and gets energy from giving first-class service
• Have previous experience in Customer Service and know how to handle diffrent types of customers
• Communicates fluently in Finnish and English. You will primarily provide support in Finnish, but may also handle matters in English
We believe you:
• Are passionate about and have experience from giving service to customers
• Want to learn all about how BookBeat works
• Are a superstar at expressing yourself in writing and to adjust your language to the receiver
• Get motivated by challenging work tasks and like to work in a changing environment
It is an advantage if you:
• have experience from app, e-commerce or a subscription service

• Extent: 100%, initially 6 months with the possibility of an extension,
