Customer Care Specialist

We oversee all commercial activities for Volvo Car Group around the world, including marketing communication, customer interaction, sales and service. Are you passionate about people and marketing? Global Customer Experience Management's main objective is to serve Volvo Car Group's dealer network and National Sales Companies worldwide within customer relations including direct customer contacts, development and implementation of dealer support tools and concepts.
Global Customer Experience Management is looking for a new team member.

As Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for communicating directly with customers to Volvo Car Group and also to serve the dealer network and National Sales Companies worldwide with customer relations related issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all Volvo Cars customers receive the best possible level of customer service from Customer Experience Management, thus supporting the premium brand experience.

Main responsibilities

• Support our customers with regards to Volvo Car Group's product quality, dealer and, sales company issues
• Eensure compliance with documented customer handling processes and monitor results using selected Target Conditions
• Have basic understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements
• Manage the budget related to Goodwill actions
• Contribute in different forums where the channel or means for customer support are discussed
• Offer competitive end-user customer support in line with customer requirements
• Initiate system changes in customer handling systems globally in order to ensure the continuity and availability of a customer handling system tool globally

Required qualifications

• M.Sc or B.Sc in business administration or similar
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in English written and spoken
• Additional languages are an advantage
• Strong business acumen with analytical skills
• Advance customer centric mindset

• Ability to handle customer contacts and complex situations in a tactful and a diplomatic manner
• Service minded team-player with ability to take own initiatives
• High integrity and good judgement
• Accurate and attentive to details, also under time pressure
• Excellent prioritisation skills, ability to multitask and to work efficiently to meet a deadline
