Working in our Services & Operations team as a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading and driving the customer care team function in Sweden.
In particular, you will get involved in:
Building and developing high-performing Support teams, individuals and processes
Daily management of the Customer Care function (customer support, service contract management and pricing).
Assure the customer support process by securing sufficient capacity and competence.
Define SLA levels applicable for the country as well as contract price matrix.
Grow the customer satisfaction and secure management and escalation paths on any customer escalation.
And you are...
Tertiary qualified in Business Management, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline with extensive experience in Customer Care, including leadership experience. Fluency both spoken and written, in both Swedish and English is required.
