CRM Fulfilment Specialist
Customer Relationship Management - CRM - handles the 1-2-1 communication with consumers throughout the consumer journey. Starting from the point where they start showing an interest in buying a Volvo, through the purchase, ownership and repurchase phase. Delivering the right communication to the right person at the right moment is crucial for CRM.
Starting 2009 CRM operations has been centralised from local agencies to a central CRM VCC team which supports markets globally with CRM strategies, fulfilment, communication and programs.
As the CRM Fulfilment Specialist you will be responsible for developing, implementing and driving omni channel fulfilment solutions. The role is to ensure a competitive, efficient, smooth and personalized CRM customer journey always with the customer's perspective in focus.
Main Tasks
* Implement and drive fulfilment projects connected to the prospect and repurchase stage of the consumer journey.
* Manage the ongoing global fulfilment operations, ensuring smoothness and efficiency for markets.
* Develop, run and manage the global brochure fulfilment set up
* Ensure omnichannel efficiency for programs, adapted to market needs.
* Propose creative ideas to improve sales and customer satisfaction
* Lead the work requested from the creative agencies, fulfilment vendors, markets and internal CRM stakeholders.
* Work closely with all required Global Marketing stakeholders and relevant markets to be able to define a consolidated view of business needs
* Assess existing working processes and create a gap analysis to the wanted position
Responsibilities
* Pro-actively drive projects from start to implementation
* Timely delivery of all projects
* Focused on solutions in order to reach deliveries
* Manage the work requested by agencies and fulfilment partners.
* Creating business value for markets
* Day-to-day management of the vendors and agency deliverables
Competence Requirements
* University degree
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English
* Having a solution orientation in order to deliver value towards end consumers and markets
* Strong project management skills, ability to manage complex projects over many markets
* Experience with marketing
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and with a pro-active and solution-oriented working style.
* Proactive
* A flexible way of working with a strong delivery focus.
