We are a very small flexible team with a global network reaching inside and outside of Volvo Buses. We have frequent contact with our sales colleagues, giving them support and guiding them. We mainly work with emerging markets in Asia, Africa, Middle East and South America.
Job Description
Trade Finance and Risk Management of Volvo Buses is responsible for credit management, trade finance and guarantees, liquidity management, currency management, bank coordination and other treasury activities as well as for transfer pricing within Volvo Buses. The department is responsible for the adherence to polices and guidelines within the above areas.
You will report to the Head of Trade Finance and Risk Management and located at our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Your main focus will be:
Globally manage the credit risks, overdue and day's receivables outstanding
Provide guidance and support related to trade finance and customer finance activities
Secure adherence to the various Treasury policies
Bank relations and relations with export credit agencies
Drive Working Capital efficiency actives
Owner of Customer BESE Risk Assessments / Customer Company Social Responsibility (CSR) Assessment process

Who are you?
As the position require independent work, you need to be action oriented and have an inner drive in order to be successful. Building on what you learnt through previous experience. To be proactive and have integrity is further critical for the position.
Required knowledge/Experience:
University degree in Business and Administration or similar education
5 years experience of trade finance and credit risk activities
5 years experience of interaction with banks and export credit agencies
Customer oriented and business minded
Good interpersonal skills and intercultural competence
Analytical and problem solving as well as ability to work proactively
Good communication skills, verbal and written (English)
