As a Creative Director you are responsible for developing the look, feel, and tone of a company's brand, and executing it consistently across all channels. We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to provide our dedicated creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new, impressive projects.
The goal is to achieve the best possible result of our projects, to drive our sales and efficiently build our brands.
Who are we looking for?
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative role.
• Hands-on experience in the creative process, graphic design, marketing and brand development.
• Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
• Outstanding leadership and organization skills.
• Bachelor's degree (equivalent or higher) in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field.
• Ability to work on and execute multiple projects at the same time.
• Curious in nature, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
• You are native (or fluent) English - this is critical, as Babyshop is an international company and our internal language is English.
• You must be able to work at our HQ in Stockholm, Skeppargatan.
Responsibilities:
• Implement communication guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and make sure the final result is on brand and fitting within our tone of voice and visual guidelines.
• Direct and motivate teams of designers, illustrators, copywriters to help them use their talents effectively.
• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
• Design well-crafted campaigns that meet our brand's needs.
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the teams.
• Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
