We are now looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Chief Product Owner to join our Business Solutions area within Customer Solutions.
Customer Solutions is one of four Solution Areas within PostNord IT, consisting of around 150 professionals working across multiple teams. We are responsible for all customer-facing products - including the PostNord App, PostNord Business Portal and various customer and Partner APIs. Our product teams manage their products end-to-end, with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation and customer value.
The department is led by Head of Customer Solutions and structured to enable efficient cross-functional teamwork and includes Product Owners, Technical Leads and Designers who work closely together to deliver seamless digital experiences.
About the role
As Chief Product Owner, you will lead the Business Solution area, which includes four DevOps teams responsible for the PostNord Business Portal. The portal supports our business customers throughout their journey - from onboarding and tracking to customer service, claims, invoices and more.
You will lead and manage a team of Product Owners and their cross-functional teams, with overall responsibility for delivery, budget and team development withing the product area. Together, you drive the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with stakeholders across PostNord and our Nordic markets.
In this role, you are also responsible for ensuring that the product area operates with a clear direction and shared goals. With the support of your Product Owners, you oversee ongoing activities, availability and coordination with stakeholders in the countries and other group functions. You will represent the product area in strategic forums, lead the development of vusiness cases and manage volume and cost planning. The role includes both personnel and consultant responsibility and you act as a key spokesperson for the product area in various internal and external contexts.
Collaboration is central to the role, and you will work closely with fellow CPOs within Customer Solutions and across PostNord IT to ensure consistency, innovation and customer value across our digital portfolio.
We are looking for you who has solid experience as a CPO, Product Manager or similar leadership role, ideally within a customer-focused environment. To succeed in this role, we believe you bring:
- Extensive leadership experience in developing customer-facing digital solutions, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development.
- Ability to lead and grow teams, while driving large-scale and complex initiatives, preferably within digital products and services with short time-to market.
- Experience balancing innovation and operational excellence, including managing both new development and DevOps in high-volume environments.
- A collaborative and humble leadership style, with a focus on coaching, empowerment and creating the right conditions for your teams to succeed.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and act quickly to maintain momentum and clarity.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with confidence in engaging partners, customers and internal teams to build alignment and drive progress.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and logistics is considered a strong advantage.
- Solid experience working in agile environments, with a deep understanding of iterative development and cross-functional collaboration.
