We are a Nordic organization with head office at our site in Sege / Malmö. In Sweden we have 300 employees at our site and another 200 employees in our Nordsjö Idé & Design stores and regional offices around the country. In Denmark we have 80 employees; 40 at the Copenhagen office and another 40 in sales and distribution. In Norway we employ 50 people, 15 at the Oslo office and another 35 in sales and our Nordsjö Idé & Design stores.
Country Supply Lead
To provide the main interface between the country end markets and the supply chain planning, in effect an account manager role. He/she is the ?face? of the supply chain also leading the Demand Control and country IBP feedback in the country.
Key Responsibilities;
• Monitors KPI's (key performance indicators) related to finished goods in the country vs. targets. Initiates action plan to resolve issues and escalates to central Production Planner when needed
• Main interface with the external business (sales and marketing)
• Reports the service, cost and inventory metrics for the Country and attends the Country Product Management Review and Demand Review when requested
• Responsible for the quality of local distribution related supply chain Master Data
• Responsible for in-country Third Party Manufacture
• Responsible for intercompany flows and country inventory management
• New product introduction delivery tracking for own country and (end of) life cycle status and monitors exit plan + demand, supply and inventory
• Provides commentaries on monthly performances of product availability mainly in relation to possibilities with country
Candidate profile
• University degree in Business, Logistics or Science is of advantage but not required
• Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience preferably in planning and/or supply chain. It is an advantage to have documented leadership experience.
• Sales & Operations Planning (Demand Control and IBP) is critical
• Clearly customer service oriented
• High skills to negotiate with Business senior managers
• Process driven, disciplined and structured. In a way he/she manages an ?account? for the External Business (sales marketing)
• Supply planning knowledge and experience
• Excellent Marketing and sales processes knowledge
• Process development experience
• Experience with SAP-APO especially PP
• Multi-country experience and fluent in English. Understanding and sensitivity to different cultural behaviours
• Fluent in local language and English
To be successful in this position you have excellent analytical and communication skills. You must be multitasked and capable of prioritizing schedules to meet timing requirements. Experience with MS Office applications and SAP background highly desirable.
