hela Sverige We have an immediate opening for an HR Manager who will provide HR expertise, leadership and partnership to the Specialty Chemicals business in the Nordics.
As the Country HR Manager you will drive operational excellence and build a high performing HRBP team with clearly defined accountabilities. Your goal will be to make the most of the individual capabilities in the Nordic HRBP team and create a team that work together and support each other. Along with the Senior HR Leadership Team, you will translate the HR strategic plan into an operational plan for the local HR Business Partners in the Nordics.
• Staff, manage, coach, develop and motivate the Nordic HRBP team
• Build capability of the HR Business Partners
• Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders in the ISC function and in different BU:s and capture business needs
• Ensure effective cooperation with CoE, HR and People Services
• Drive operational excellence and implement continuous improvement actions
• Support and coordinate implementation of global initiatives
• Lead and coordinate the ISC Trainee program in Sweden
• Manage works council/union consultation process
• Degree in Human Resources other related areas
• At least 6 years as HR Business Partner
• People Manager experience
• Project Leader experience from major projects (change management, labor unions, business models, HR Tools) across 2 or more units, countries or functions
• Experience in managing unions and consultation processes
• Results driven, engaging and customer focused
• Networking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
