OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:
Please note that this is an EQUITY/OWNERSHIP opportunity to begin with -- no base salary or hourly rate will be paid for the first few months (you would receive actual ownership in the company). However, a bulk of the work that needs to be done can be completed within the first 2-3 months, so for someone who is quick to learn and has the next month or two free, this is a GREAT opportunity an innovative and captivating project that's ready to take off. We do need someone who can commit a minimum of 40 hours per week for the next two months, so if you're currently working a full-time job, this is not the right opportunity for you (and you should be in a financial position where not earning a salary for the next 2 months will not be an issue). This is a good time for you to come into the company (i.e. we're not building something entirely from scratch here). Also, you would be employee #4 and would be looked up on as one of the partners in this project,
Responsibilities
Preparing marketing materials for prospective clients: pitch books, studies and articles
Developing standard valuation models for debt and equity financial instruments
Interacting with various types of clients: corporate, hedge funds, private equity funds
Participating in long-term projects: monthly and quarterly portfolio valuation and restructuring of banks
Candidates will have excellent academics, preferably a second language;
Candidates will have in-depth financial modeling and business valuation skills and will have between 1-5 years of experience
