Klarna is looking for a Coordinator to the office in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Sales department's main task and focus is to generate revenue from the merchants through sales of Klarna products. We make sales towards both new and old merchants, we have the responsibility of maintaining a good relationship with present merchants. This specific sub-department of sales concept is brand new and you will become one of the first team members.

We are creating a new department within Sales at Klarna called ?Sales Concept?. This department will have a very wide responsibility and work area but some of the major responsibilities are:
• creating and optimizing our education and sales material
• structure and optimize routines and processes
• optimizing and creating our information sources and knowledge sharing
• creating streamlined and structured cross-border work flows

As a Coordinator you will help and support the project leaders in their work making sure that they have all the necessary information to implement new sales concepts and processes in all markets for Sales to support Klarna?s business objectives. You will have a central part in the Sales Concept team with a great deal of responsibility as well as freedom in your daily work. The work environment is rapid, in constant change and very transparent. You will report to the Head of Sales Concept.

Who are you?
You have working experience from sales and you are self motivated, a confident person who are able to work independently without day to day supervision. You have an eye for detail and are driven, passionate and motivated to deliver high results. Since Klarna is present in six markets and growing, you speak English and Swedish fluently. Further languages a plus.
