Scania Financial Services (SFS) is serving Scania customers, dealers and distributors in 50 markets through 15 captive business units by offering competitive and innovative financing and insurance solutions. Over 750 dedicated professionals manage a portfolio consisting of more than 100.000 trucks, buses, coaches and trailers representing around 55 bn SEK of assets.
The aim for SFS is to become a true and integrated part of the Scania Solution Sales offering by developing customer satisfaction and loyalty while adding values to the stakeholders and customer's customers when living the Scania Experience.
At the SFS Head Office located in Södertälje, a team of 7 specialists will be driving and coordinating the business development. This team consists of 3 subgroups: Customer Insurance, Marketing & Communication and Solution Sales. For the latter group we are recruiting a Coordinator Marketing and Communication, Scania Financial Services.
Role description
The purpose of the assignment is to coordinate the definition, development, implementation and roll out the marketing and communication strategy and related activities for Finance and Insurance products and services within Scania Financial Services and to align this with the rest of the Scania organization.
Your key responsibilities are the following:
Communication activities:
• Coordinate the definition, development, implementation and roll out of the communication strategy for SFS product and services
• Develop a communication platform and implement consistent messages in order to support sales process, training activities, reaching the respective public and skills, working closely with BU and product line managers
• Ensure that we use all relevant communication channels existing at Scania
• Define and coordinate a lean and up-to-date internal communication platform for the SFS organization (using SAIL, Inline, Team Room, Newsletters, etc...).
• Coordinate SFS events/conferences organization and communication messages
• Be involved in the development of Scania group intranet by representing SFS
Marketing activities: .Define central and coordinated marketing strategy
• Define market study tools and methods to support local SFS business units in defining local product mix and marketing plan activities
• Develop, update, roll out, training modules for relevant products and services and public
• Develop, update, monitor customer or dealers survey with stakeholders involved
• Support and contact person for all marketing matters within SFS
Your profile
We are looking for someone with relevant University degree ( marketing, communication, Economics..). You have proven experience and skills in the area of Marketing and Communication on strategic as well as operational level. You have good communication skills and ability to steer international/cultural project teams. Your English is excellent, other languages a plus. You have strong project and process management skills. You are business driven, team player, proactive, looking for synergy and win-win solution.
