Ingrid Capacity is an energy tech company founded in 2022, and we are determined to solve some of the hardest challenges that stand in the way of the green transition by leveraging new technology and pioneering software development. We develop and optimize flexible energy assets such as large-scale battery energy storage to store electricity when there is a production surplus and return it to the system when there is a shortage. This ensures the stability of the grid, increases the uptake of renewable energy sources such as wind and solar, and maximizes the utilization of the grid in a cost-efficient manner. Today, Ingrid Capacity is in a rapid growth phase with a historic expansion of energy storage in Sweden, while also expanding internationally. We currently have approximately 200 MW under construction, over 200 MW entering the construction phase, and a total development pipeline of over 4 GW across Europe.
About the role
You will be part of our growing finance team and will play a pivotal role as Controller. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for personal and professional development in a dynamic working environment. Your main role will be to be part of the company's financial management and decision making process. This includes analyzing and reporting financial information, identifying trends and opportunities, and making strategic recommendations to improve business performance.You will work closely with the organization to ensure financial targets are met and to continue to drive profitability and efficiency. You will have a varied role, actively working closely with the business to optimize and identify improvements to existing processes and procedures. You will be expected to communicate well and present reports, both written and verbal, in both English and Swedish. The role is broad and varied and suits those who enjoy working in a changing environment. Furthermore, you are socially orientated and you have a broad experience as a controller, you will deal with both external and internal stakeholders.
