hela Sverige Dfind Finance is on behalf of client seeking a Controller Assistant. The client is in this case a company that leads the global market in high-tech electronics manufacturing and digital media. The assignment starts immediately and is approximately 1 year long.

As a Controller assistant you will be part of the clients Business Control department, and report to Business Control Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Support function to sales with main mission to support the process of optimizing sales and cost efficiency.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & JOB SCOPE:
• Support function to sales and Business Controller with main mission to support the process of optimizing sales and cost efficiency.
• Creation, Coordination and follow up of Marketing Budget within the division
• Maintain system for price protection (CORES) for the division
• Support Business Controller handling of, verifying and investigating trade spend accuracy
• Reporting, ad hoc and reoccurring
• Various assignments requested by the Business Controller.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Degree in business administration.
EXPERIENCE:
• 1 year in similar role
SKILLS:
• Excel
• SAP knowledge (or similar business system)
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
• Good organizational skills
• Structured
• Service minded
• Fearless
• Crisis awareness
