We are looking for a driven Controller to join our finance department based at our factory in Sävsjö. The Controller will play a key role in supporting the operations team in driving performance and efficiency by supporting with the interpretation of financial results.

• You will work with costing of our products, analysing and following up on variances to Standard Costs.
• You will contribute to the monthly closing process, both assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts and preparing reports on factory KPI's.
• You will support the Factory Controller in preparation of forecasts and budgets.
• You will strive to support colleagues from operations to identify cost saving opportunities and efficiency gains.
• You will contribute to maintaining a robust financial management over cost and compliance.
Skills & Requirements
In order to be successful, we believe that you have:
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 5+ years working experience in accounting / finance, preferably with controlling experience in a production environment.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Experience working in a global matrix organisation.
