Power Transformers in Ludvika is facing a very existing growth journey and the department for Continuous Improvement will now expand. We are looking for a collaborative and driven Continuous Improvement Leader (CIL).
In the role of a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will be able to make a great impact on the future growth and success of our factory. You will be a change agent in driving sustainable and transformational change across the whole factory value chain focusing on our operating system ITM (Integrated Transformer Management System) where you will combine technical and operational business knowledge and apply methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to deliver data driven operational improvements. You will be reporting directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager and cooperate with the global CIL function.
How you'll make an impact
Strategy Deployment: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategy, set objectives, action plans, KPIs, and Kaizen funnels.
Continuous Improvement: Act as a change agent, implement ITM lean methods (e.g., 6S, Daily Management, Kaizen), and advance ITM maturity.
KPI Management: Focus on improving KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost.
Improvement Projects: Develop and manage cost-out and productivity projects, leading impactful improvements.
Training and Coaching: Build a continuous improvement culture, train and coach others, and combine technical knowledge with people skills.
Your background
Experience of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Lean Six Sigma, 8D, A3, 5W or similar tools and methodologies
You preferably hold a university degree or have work experience from a similar area
Fluency in English and high level of Swedish is required
You enjoy working with variety of detail- and high-level oriented tasks and can work independently as well as in a team
You have excellent documenting and writing skills
As person you have good listening and coaching skills to build trust with your team and different stakeholders
