We are looking for a creative mastermind to join the marketing team, but also a new addition to our awesome-unbeatable culture here at SVEA Solar. As our Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative and engaging content strategies that will drive engagement, generate leads, build brand loyalty and add value for our customers. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work in close partnership with internal and external partners to implement strategic recommendations, and be responsible for creating, sourcing, and managing all of SVEA Solar's content, and optimize it towards SEO. You will also be responsible for establishing appropriate KPIs, to monitoring and analyze performance. Your responsibility will be to produce or source blog posts, podcasts, videos, social content, content curation, white papers, etc, and work with the team to find the best channels to distribute the material. Content is primarily customer-facing, but in some
cases internal (such as content created to support our sales team). Responsibilities:
• Develop a content strategy and roadmap for our digital channels
• Drive traffic, generate leads, and build the SVEA Solar brand
• Adapt content to different channels to maximize impact
• Measure results of campaigns and initiatives
• Work with internal resources to create content, and source content from external partners
• Implement SEO best practices
• Creation of internal material to support sales
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 2+ years' experience with Content Marketing and content creation
• Excellent Swedish and English verbal and written communication skills is a requirement
• Candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated, and an excellent creative problem solver, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple, disparate streams of work in a challenging, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize work and be flexible in fast paced environment
• Demonstrates a high level of dependability in a team environment with an ability to gracefully shift priorities to accommodate business requests
• Understand customer patterns through metric and statistical analysis
• Proficiency with Google Analytics
• Proficiency with Social Media Analytics
Nice to have but not mandatory:
• Spanish verbal and written skills is not a requirement, but a plus!
