We are looking for a Consultant ? Pre sales and solutions for BFS Nordics. This position might involve intensive travel across the Nordic region and working in different time zones

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Sales in achieving revenue & pipeline targets through demand creation
Support sales in acquiring new BFS clients and selling new business into existing BFS clients
Co-ordinates with and supports the delivery team in proposal writing
Liaises with external vendors / alliances to evaluate the offerings available with them and customizes to create a new offering as per client requirements
Identifies reference customers while articulating specific value delivered
Prepares case studies along with delivery, domain & technology experts
Works with delivery to analyse the value delivered, benchmarks the results and presents metrics to prospects/clients
Supports sales to ensure that all sales opportunities are registered in the CRM system with quality data apart from compliances for various systems
Supports in developing value models that helps in achieving client?s critical success factors
Supports in developing cost models that can be positioned as key differentiator
Creates reusable assets related to sales and presales function
Publish assets in relevant forum for TCS public use
Monitors gaps in one?s own required competencies and enrols for relevant learning to bridge gaps in competencies

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Masters degree or equivalent in Business Administration
Bachelors degree in Computer, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering
Fluent in English. Knowing Nordic languages is a plus
Experience in sales and pre-sales, Overall 7+ years experience, 5+ years experience in BFS
Experience of working with delivery and operations stakeholders in client organization
Experience in developing offerings and solutions based on client's specific needs
Prince2 Practitioner and CSM certifications
Experience of working in multicultural environment
BFS experience: Wide experience across different customers in the BFS space
Experience working with multiple service horizontals like BPO, IS, Assurance etc
