www.bwingames.sebwin Games AB is looking for a committed Configuration Manager to work within the ITIL framework in the Specialists & Methods section.
Job description:
The Configuration Manager (ITIL CM) is focused on ensuring accurate relations and timely availability of configuration information for operational use.
ITIL CM is closely connected to other processes such as Change Management and System Delivery
The ITIL CM will work closely with the SCM's in the CM team to achieve configuration management throughout the software management life cycle.
Owner of the CMDB infrastructure.
Responsible for the CI identification process.
The role also acts as an interface to other service delivery partners ensuring effective integration with the configuration management process
Analyse, design and implementation of a federated CMDB
The same role exists in the Vienna office and cooperation between the two persons will continuously be done, to ensure alignment in the Configuration Management process and the creation of the CMDB

Experience from similar work
Structural ability
Professional attitude towards the business
Service-mindedness and a pride of delivering good service to customers
Drive to deliver to deadline
Knowledge and interest in programming
Ability in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
Education and qualifications:
Academic degree in areas of computer science or other relevant technical education
Preferably experience from operations environment
Knowledge in ITIL (minimum foundation level)
Overview understanding of the different components in architecture
Excellent skills in written as well as spoken English
