hela Sverige The CM Administrator is responsible to support projects in northern Europe with document management and handling of the project database. He/she is also responsible for deliveries of documents both internally and externally.
IN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:
• Track, manage and store documents and drawings in both paper form and digitally.
• Collect documents and create binders for deliveries.
• Keep track of document status.
• Monitor so that correct documentation is produced on-time with the correct quality.
• Ensure that all documentation, software and other deliverables produced by different engineering functions are formatted correctly and meet customer expectations when it comes to naming, templates, numbering and revision history.
• Ensure that the deliveries are done correctly in the manner that the customer expect both by digital and physical media.
• Ensure that all databases and physical storages/archives are well organized and meet the set standards in order to find and retrieve information on demand.
• Administrative background is a must for this role
• Minimum 2 years of experience with similar tasks
• Experience in configuration management and document management tools
• Clear understanding of concepts and procedures within the CM field
• English and Swedish business fluent is mandatory for this role
