Rhubarb Media is a small startup that was established in 2013 and is a leading provider of outsourced sales solutions. As a Conference Sales Executive, initially you will be selling delegate tickets within Scandinavia with a focus on Swedish and Norwegian markets.
We are looking for those who are passionate about sales and closing deals. Those who are self motivated and only settle for the best. Those who set new standards and break new boundaries. Most importantly those who have a true hunger to make money.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales cycle from lead sourcing to closing.
• Provide realistic forecasting to the manager on weekly and monthly basis.
• Create a realistic pipeline for sales.
• Invest in the team and company.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales within conference industry.
• Previous phone sales experience.
• Fluency in English. Fluency in Swedish is a major plus.
• Winners attitude, ambition, team player and someone who sets new standards!
Compensation:
• Basic salary + performance based commission.
• Attractive bonuses on exceeding targets.
(should you not feel that you possess requirement for regular position you can send an open letter to us to consider you for our traineeship programs that are heavily commission basis driven)
