hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Idc Nordic A/S, Danmark Filial i Stockholm IDC Nordic is seeking a Conference Account Manager who together with a team of Key Account Managers, Conference Account Managers and a very experienced Delivery Team will assist Technology Vendors to reach their Lead Generation and Branding Goals via Partnerships for IDC's C-Level Conferences/Customized Events.
You will be selling our Nordic & European event portfolio to CEO's, Marketing Managers and Line of Business professionals responsible for activities in the Nordics.
This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills and that you are not afraid of reaching out to new contacts. You will prospect for new and incremental opportunities, work with various colleagues in proposal generation, and be responsible for closing business.
It's important that you can celebrate your wins and that you know that it's important to make your quota when applying for a sales position.
The role is positioned within the Nordic Sales Organization and you will report directly to our Nordic Sales Director. The position can be handled out of Stockholm or out of Copenhagen.
As a member of our Nordic team, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of IDC capabilities, including standard research, custom market research and go-to-market services, as well as building strong relationships with our Nordic Team and our International colleagues across IDC. Within 1-3 years you should be able to make your next carrier move at IDC eg as a Key Account Manager responsible for the entire IDC Portfolio.
Responsibilities
Driving sales to IDC Conferences.
Identify customer needs and build winning proposals
Work with Key Account Managers and the Delivery Team to pro-actively drive proposal generation
Operate within a collaborative team structure supporting team objective
Proactively develop and qualify opportunities to drive new business opportunities
Meet the budgeted sales targets
Deliver accurate pipeline
Proficiently use CRM (Salesforce) to accurately record customer conversations, territory analysis, actions in form of re-usable sales intelligence
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
1+ years of sales experience
Exceptional presentation, communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
Professional, well-organized and self-disciplined since you'll join a small local team with more than 4,000 International colleagues
Strong in English and minimum fluent in one of the Nordic languages both written and spoken
