The Technology Acceleration area within Group IT is responsible for exploring the future IT landscape that will be the foundation for PostNord's digital journey. The solution area joins the responsibilities for enterprise architecture, analytics and business and technology exploration to create an optimal setting for catalyzing our future thinking.
As an Associate Concept Developer you will be a part of our newly founded concept development team. The concept development team will refine needs or hypotheses into a concrete concept and assess feasibility and market viability of the proposed concept before delivering a working prototype, proving or disproving a hypothesis.
Job duties
- Work in a newly formed concept team to deliver the best possible new services and solutions for PostNord.
- Work closely with other designers, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders within PostNord to ensure concepts contribute to and draw from a holistic company perspective.

- Facilitate workshops and co-design sessions involving stakeholders and users.
- Guide colleagues and stakeholders in interactive and creative problem-solving sessions.
Your profile as an Associate Concept Developer
You are curious and like to ask the question why - more than once - to understand the needs of your stakeholders rather than their more direct wishes. You like to work hands on and facilitate workshops and discussions, and to work directly with our business stakeholders.
As a person you are eager to learn and evolve your skill set in accordance with the state-of-the-art pace in the domain that you work in. The drive to do this comes from understanding the business and delivering the best possible value, where you see technology as the means and not the goal.
In a setting where everything is new, you are comfortable discovering the way as you go without detailed instructions, but also in turning your explorative findings into structure and order that can be re-applied in similar situations in the future.
We are looking for you who have
- Relevant education in UX, Product Development, Service Design or equivalent area.
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Experience in designing and implementing user-centered service solutions from start to finish.
- Experience in planning and conducting workshops
- Experience in both qualitative research, analysis and process understanding, combined with the ability to transform insights into new services and concepts.
- Experience of working with design in a software based / digital domain.
- Proficiency in working with digital design tools such as Figma or similar.
Meritorious experience: (Nice-to-have)
- Have worked with design systems and understand that what you design should fit into our brand and in a digital ecosystem.
- Have previously worked with large and complex organizations, commercial offerings and/or in an IT landscape.
- Understanding IT processes such as Scrum, Kanban and Agile.
- Programming and/or software architecture
Language requirement:
Fluent English in speech and writing. Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language is meritorious.
