We are a fast-growing SaaS company aiming for the sky! Web Manuals is offering a cloud-based document management system that is making 450+ operators all over the world safer and more agile. This requires a high-performing, ambitious team, and currently, we are about 60 team members working from our offices in Malmö, New York, San Diego, and Singapore!
Web Manuals is growing and are now looking for a Compliance Manager
We are a growing organization, therefore, in need of a Compliance Manager to ensure a growth-enabled business based on just culture and continuous improvement, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001.
What You'll Do
• Manage the Web Manuals Management System, which is based on ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001;
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (US Export Control, EU GDPR, among others) as well as aviation regulations and standards;
• Control the internal and external quality process and continuously initiate improvements;
• Serve as the company's internal auditor, lead the organization for ISO and other external audits;
• Implement and monitor Deviation Management, including the performance of monthly deviation analysis;
• Manage Risk Management activities and the company's risk inventory;
• Deliver compliance and legal training to increase organizational knowledge and encourage a mindset of quality, risk awareness, and information security among employees;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly compliance reports; and
• Manage contact with authorities in legal matters.

A successful candidate should have the following qualifications
• A university degree in law, business administration, or similar
• At least 1 year experience in ISO and management systems; aviation experience is merited
• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience working in a global company is an advantage
