We are looking for a senior leader who will lead and develop Ingka Group "Lifelong learning" & Competence Development Strategy, framework and process to secure highly competent customer-oriented co-workers across the organization.
To be successful in this role you should have knowledge of:
• translating business and competence needs into learning solutions
• modern learning solutions
• learning industry trends, innovations and best practice
• Ingka strategic landscape, business direction and business tools and processes
• stakeholder management techniques
• IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
We believe that you are able to deliver a strategic and futuristic view of competence development and have the ability to translate strategy into strong tactical, and operational plans. You are able to focus on goals and deliverables at the same time managing complexity. You have analytical thinking and are an influencer. You are able to coordinate, cooperate and confidently navigate in an interdependent environment with several stakeholders.
We also believe that you have minimum 10 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably in field of People & Culture in a global organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your assignment will be to:
• Lead the work of the Competence Development team in Group People & Culture, Talent team
• Co-develop and maintain "Lifelong learning & Competence Development Strategy" for INGKA to support our new business and people strategy including identified core areas of competence movement for the future
• Create and lead a unique, relevant and bold competence movement ensuring the right competence to meet our business and people challenges and opportunities including Re-skilling and Up-skilling programmes connected with our Employability ambitions
• Ensure that we build a competence development offer driving better performance and stronger business results
• Based on the strategy and future competence needs together with stakeholders in L&D community of Ingka and Inter IKEA, secure an up-to-date, digital and agile learning offer to be provided to the Ingka organisations
• Ensure the right measurement is set to follow up on our competence movement
• Be part of Talent Management Leadership team contributing across over departments for best talent growth
