This programme is a business transformation enabled by technology. We are currently mobilizing our most capable, bold and ambitious collegues to our mission. You will join a new team of engaged, ambitious members who have a passion for Change and a drive to act. The team will work as a close unit together with their Deloitte counterparts, catering cross-functionally to support the entire IGNITE program. The Change teams focus lies in the people of TMHE, making sure that the transition is as comfortable as possible for all involved.
Your Role
The primary responsibility of the Communication Specialist is to drive the strategically planned campaigns for key stakeholder groups within the central organization and the local sales organizations. You will work closely with the OCM Leads to plan and execute the communications plan for the program in all channels chosen and own all content of our digital platform precense. The overall success of the program lies in the communication of our efforts, the Communication Specialist plays a vital role in creating the story around our program and what we want to accomplish. You will develop and execute a channel strategy, deep dive into the programs stakeholder analysis and follow up on the success of your efforts on a regular basis.
The Communication Specialist will need to also align frequently with the overall company communication, working cross functionally with both the Business Marketing and HR department. The communication must be in line with the rest of the organization in all matters, such as tone, look, feel etc. It is vital that the communications specialist has a broad understanding of international organizational communication and a high level of business English.

Drive local/central communication campaigns
Drive IGNITE Program presence and updates on all digital platforms
Support IGNITE leadership with content for all stakeholders through newsletters, monthly update meetings etc.
Support Change team with program content
Support the Change Network
Your role
You need to have
Education and experience in digital communication and tools
Strong language skills both written and verbal in English
Experience in story-telling in a business context
Strong experience in stakeholder analysis
Proactive and demonstrates well-developed organisational skills
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and the program team
It is preferable if you also
Experience of working in complex organizations, preferably international
Knowledge in video editing, Indesign, Photoshop etc.
As a person you need to be able to work autonomous, take initiative when needed and able to identify and solve risks and issues.
