The Company
Toyota Material Handling have started a business harmonization journey (IGNITE) and we are now entering the Implementation phase. Launching our SAP transformation program involves process harmonization, integration development and implementation of SAP S4 Hana. Together with our implementation partners at Deloitte we will harmonize our processes amongst all Sales Organizations in Europe.
The Role
For this purpose, we are searching for a communications specialist to the Change Team. You will join a new team of engaged, ambitious members who have a passion for Change and a drive to act.
The primary responsibility of the Communication Specialist is to drive the strategically and operational planned campaigns for key stakeholders. You will plan and execute the communications strategy for the program in all channels chosen and own all content of our digital platform precent. The Communication Specialist plays a vital role in creating the story around our program and what we want to accomplish. You will work cross functionally with many different teams and functions, both within the project IGNITE and Toyota Material handling

The requirements
For this role you to have
Excellent language skills in English, both written and verbally
Higher education and experience in digital communication and tools
Experience in stakeholder analysis and channel analysis
Experience in story-telling in a business context
Understanding of international organizational communication
It is preferable if you also
Experience of working in complex organizations, preferably international
Knowledge in video editing, InDesign, Photoshop etc.

Are proactive and demonstrates well-developed organizational skills
Have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and the program team
Are able to work autonomous, take initiative when needed and able to identify and solve risks and issues.
During the project you will be reporting to Elin Sternberg. Business travels will on average take place once a month within Europe. Physical travel can and will be replaced with online alternatives when possible.
