As Communications Manager, you will drive the development and communication of content we want to disseminate from our academic research.
Content is communicated on our website, in social media channels, in printed material, and by working with the press community.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in working independently and likes to work both operationally and strategically.
Job description
- Communicate research results and activities to a broader audience. Responsible for text production, conducting and writing up interviews, rewriting research for a non-academic audience.
- Commissioning or co-creating videos, podcasts and other formats for website and social media channels
- Working proactively to increase our digital audience
- Editorial website management
- Responsible press contact
- Assisting the team with ad-hoc copywriting
- Contribute to the production of our annual report
- Support the development of the media and outreach strategy
Qualifications
- Has a strong interest in finance, and wants to further develop her/his knowledge and network within this area
- Creative and with an ability to come up with interesting ideas for content
- Is accurate, detailed and responsive in both administrative and communication work
- Has exceptional spoken and written language skills in both English and Swedish
- Has a university degree
- Is proactive in detecting and carrying out work tasks
- Can communicate excellently with academics, practitioners and the media, through various channels and formats
- Has a digital skill set, enabling advanced and creative use of social media and other digital channels
- Experience from working with content production/copywriting/PR is an advantage

The position is full time for a 9 month period from February until October 2020.
