Communications Project leader
The Communications Project Manager is a part of the development ofthe yearly communications plan to support the business global business goals.Area of responsibility is to develop, execute and implement the plan e.g.product launches and campaigns, manage project details and schedules for thecreation of marketing campaign deliverables and to ensure high-quality resultsand on-time delivery within assigned budget. Additionally develop content andlead thought leadership activities.
Additionally, the position will contribute, lead and manage high-impact marketing communications strategies, initiatives and tactics to support the overall Growth Center Transport business goals. This position is a strategic resource and trusted advisor, building credibility by bringing fresh marketing communications ideas that support and advance the goals/objectives of the business.
The position also includes:
• Writing and editing content suchas presentations, sales material, internal communication, case studies etc. - Ensuring ongoing and frequent best practice sharing within the team.
• Working effectively with Xylem'sdirect and indirect sales organization to understand and support local opportunities and challenges in reaching target audiences with key messages. - Using existing administrative tools; for example Oasis, Media bank and Team sites to ensure accessibility.
• Managing relationships with outside creative agencies, public relations agencies, printing companies and others. - Promoting, supporting and reinforcing company policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensuring that corporate brandingand registered trademarks are used with consistency in all materials and communications. - Ensuring that all communication adhere to Xylem brand guidelines and that messages is aligned with the Flygt brand strategy.
• Continuously identifying productivity improvements.
Qualifications and personal skills
You have At least five years of relevant experience in a corporate or global organization with similar responsibility is a demand. It's also a demand to have experience from B2B, project management, developing and executing communication plans and working in a fast-paced matrix structure.
Desirable attributes includes experience from:
• Working with business partners to execute focused communications strategies and plans to support product launches.
• Working as an informal leader in a matrix organization.
• An international environment in a corporate organization.
• Digital marketing and social media.
• Strong and demonstrated experience in working with business partners to execute focusedcommunications strategies and plans to support e.g. product launches.
• Demonstrated ability to develop communicationsplans and effectively execute them in line with the overall strategy,guidelines and processes.
• Project management skills, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize appropriately and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Experience working as an informal leader in a matrix organization.
• Strong teamwork and cross-group collaboration with ability to proactively manage conflicting priorities.
• Work experience in an international environment in a corporate organization are desired.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communications skills. Fluency in English is required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise and compelling content and messages.
• Experience of handling several communication disciplines. Digital marketing and social media skills are of
advantage.
• Experienced user of MS Office and Adobe Creative.
