Do you want to be a part of a team that is about to change the world? If you are, we are now looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Marketing & Sales team at Saab Barracuda in Gamleby, Västervik. You will be responsible for coordinating the commercial aspects of our business. You will work closely with our Product Sales Responsible and our partners and consultants in the world to ensure that we do the right business in a correct way.
This role is both challenging and holistic regarding the spectrum of responsibilities and interfaces and you will work with colleagues within the business unit, the business area as well as internal and external partners and customers.
The position may include both national and international travel.
Your profile

You are a great communicator that easily creates and maintains professional relationships and instills trust and commitment among those you meet in your everyday work regardless of cultural background.
You have excellent self-management skills and can handle many parallel tasks. You encourage an open, trustful and innovative culture and work environment. It is also important that you can be a responsible member of the team, acting as a role model.
We are also looking for someone who continuously strives to identify and act on possibilities, challenges and ways to become more efficient in matters both small and large with general commercial skills and a good business understanding of various business models.
We think you have previous experience from e.g. bid management and/or commercial roles with a sufficient academic background.
