About this opportunity:
We are looking for a SW flow lead representing the BNEW Tactical Commercial Management function to act as an authority within Ericsson in commercial matters related to our SW transformation driven by BNEW. The purpose is to maximize Ericsson SW Value Capture and secure successful introduction and execution of the SW transformation in BNEW and towards our market areas.
The role requires necessary level of seniority to handle complex commercial tasks and effectively interact with top Business Area & Market Area stakeholders as well as partner with front-line accounts to define commercial strategies, handle negotiations and prepare commercial decision material related to SW. BNEW is going through a rapid change and transformation and the role will focus on how we can proactively position our commercial models to ensure we are evolving smoothly into a disaggregated network while capturing value.
You will be a vital contributor in the team and BNEW overall, with regards to tactical execution of the new SW commercial models, developing techno-commercial assets/tactics, improving ways of working and processes and overall securing we capture higher SW value.
What you will do:
* Working within Business area contributing with SME-level competence to define sustainable commercial strategies including new contract structures and T&C's related to SW BNEW non-delegated business.
* Proactive work with Market Areas contributing with SME-level competence in the conversion of our commercial strategy, Price model's and T&Cs into complex commercial deals, negotiations, High Impact Deals and BNEW non-delegated business.
* Contribution to BNEW techno-commercial working groups driving specific BNEW strategic initiatives, global best practice sharing and asset creation.
* Drive change and innovation in BNEW commercial strategy providing commercial feedback to BA Strategic CM and CI & Analytics teams.
* On-site collaboration with Market Area Core 3+ teams including customer-facing negotiations.
* Secure consistent commercial decision base for BNEW's non-delegated business and products.
* Analyze and provide recommendation for approval to head of BNEW CM and Engagement Lead and other responsible approvers for Tier 1 & Tier 2 customers.
The skills you bring:
* A university degree in engineering and/or business studies
* Min 7 years work experience in Ericsson Commercial Management and/or Product Area, Service Area, Business Management, Sales in Ericsson
* Strong skills in Change Management, transformation and Sales & Business Development
* Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor for BA and MA Commercial management, Domains and Customer Units, ability to handle new p.
* Strong Legal & Regulatory understanding together with extensive experience from Risk Analysis & Management. From virtual as well as native environments.
* Proven ability of Strategic Thinking with Creative & Analytical Skills
* Cultural Awareness
* Knowledge of BNEW Product and Service portfolio including LTE, IoT, Massive-MIMO and 5G/5GA.
