hela Sverige Are you at your full potential when you get to develop the business by analyzing numbers and digging into systems? We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our extraordinary Commercial Operations team! You will use your analytical skills to analyze KPI's, bring insights about how to optimize menus and improve the offer on our platform. What do we mean with this? This means that you will work closely with our Key Account Management team and make sure that all menus on the foodora platform are planned and presented in the best possible way to our customers. So, if you both have an analytical mindset, are business minded as well as have a creative eye for frontend we might become good friends!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Work closely with our Key Account Management team, you will for example:
• Analyze numbers and bring insights about menu optimization and increase of the average order value
• Follow up improvement areas together with the team as well as with our largest restaurant partners. This includes making sure that the frontend is optimized for driving customers and sales on the platform
• Based on analysis and data driven insights create guidelines and methods for how to optimize menus and increase profitability
• Be part of, and lead projects within the organization
WHO YOU ARE
• Analytical - Digging info into huge amounts of data is something that you really enjoy doing!
• Initiator - You do not sit and wait for someone to give you new tasks, you take your own initiatives
• Curious - You are a curious person, who are eager to learn more and more all the time
• Accurate - When analyzing a huge amount of data and bringing insights you need to make sure everything is correct, therefore we think that you have it in you to make sure that the details are correct
• Business Minded - What would foodora be without all amazing business minded foodorians? We will welcome your business mindset with open arms and ears!
QUALIFICATIONS
• You have an university degree, probably within a quantitative subject or other
• You have at least two years of working experience, probably from a similar role or as an analyst or management consultant
• You have experience from visualising a big amount of data
• You have good knowledge in one or more of the following systems: Tableau, PowerBI or/and Salesforce
• You have very good knowledge in excel
• You speak and write English and Swedish fluently
• It will be considered a plus if you have experience from working with second placement and A/B testing within grocery or retail
Start date: August/September
