Supplier Management (SuM) is responsible for sourcing, contracting, managing suppliers and supports Tetra Pak's business and growth. We are now looking for a Europe & Central Asia (ECA) Indirect material Cluster Category Lead, working closely with the SuM global organization, individual ECA market companies and key indirect material providers.
What you will do
As our new Cluster Category Lead you will be part of a team in Supplier Management Europe & Central Asia.
This role is a pivotal role in managing product categories in the cluster portfolio while partnering with key stakeholders for supply management. You will be responsible for the category strategy set-up, execution and purchasing performance of related categories to secure competitive business in cost, quality and agility. You will build a sustainable supplier base for the categories in scope in alignment with stakeholders' needs. The categories are within indirect materials and ensure continuity to internal production and service, corporate service and logistics. You will support together with central category leadership, the execution of strategy and category activities.
You will have in-depth knowledge within the category and be recognized as an expert both internally and externally. In this position you will have a functional responsibility as an individual contributor.
You will focus on:
• Category strategy and execution
• Drive category performance in line with set objectives and targets.
• Process compliance within categories
This position will be based in Lund and you will travel around 20% of your time.

To be successful in this position you have several years relevant working experience in driving categories and proven results, preferably within an international environment. Great knowledge in the MS Office Package is a must, SAP R/3 and Ariba is a strong merit. You have a university degree within Economics or Business Administration. A specialization in Supply chain/Procurement will be desirable. You are proficient in English both verbally and in writing, any other language is a merit.
