With the introduction of MediusFlow XI, Medius delivers a true Cloud service to the market. The MediusFlow XI platform is built up from ground as a Cloud service and the Cloud Operations team is in center of this service working with both 24/7 operations and with DevOps together with Medius R&D to improve the service.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide 24 X 7 operations for Medius Cloud Services including monitoring, alert handling and setting up on-call duties. - Communicate with all involved stakeholders current status, planned activities and so forth. You'll be the global spokesperson in business related matters connected to cloud operations. - Financially responsible for the cloud operation. Planning and follow-up. - Directly manage assigned employee group, including day-to-day operations, recruitment, on-call schedules etc. - Define and report Key Performance Indicators to monitor process health; define and report Customer facing service metrics. - Participate in the daily work, taking your shift on the on-call etc to being close to the actual business. - Continuous improvements of the service operations. Conduct System Outage Analysis to prevent the reoccurrence of incidents. - Testing of emergency routines - failover, backups - Security scanning
• You have +3 years' of experience of distributed information systems, preferably cloud based. - You have +3 years of IT Service Management - Education or equivalent experience in ITIL and/or Cobit or similar preferred for this position. - Experience in a leadership role preferred. - Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish Qualities we value: Innovation skills and vision: Cloud is not about hosting.
