On behalf of our client we are seeking an Agency Client Solutions Manager to work as a member of a Marketing Solutions team, consulting with some exciting companies. Our client is a large global, fast growing company in social media.
The position is a 15 months temporary replacement during a parental leave with starting date as soon as possible. The position is based in centrally located Stockholm office.
The Client Solutions Manager, CSM, is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts the customers at the core of everything. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, be a platform and product expert and become an expert in media planning, strategy and measurement to the top tier customers and multi-channel advertisers.
With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, this role partners with the sales executive to develop industry specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for the customers. The CSM will focus on driving revenue, advertiser education as well as advertiser satisfaction.
Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
General Management
• Oversee and ensure delivery and revenue recognition for the businesses/accounts you are assigned to
• Proactively identify up-sell opportunities across your accounts and partner with the Client Partners to drive incremental revenue
Relationship & Management
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing & measurement partners, etc.)
• Project manage complex work streams; Cross functional collaboration of all projects
Media Planning, Strategy & Measurement
• Manages and consults on complex advertising solutions and integrations; Outlines measurement solution based upon key KPI's
• Measure and interpret KPI's to optimize campaign performance and recommend innovative media solutions
• Manages revenue delivery and budget spend
Platform & Product Expert
• Articulate and update clients on products and developments; Responsible for educating clients and agencies on best practices
• Drives product innovation based upon client needs
ProfilRequirements
• You are probably currently working with social media as a purchasing performer
• Strategic thinking, analytical and pedagogical skills, strong consultative sales knowledge, as well as focus on solutions and client service are essential
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment and to deliver against tight deadlines is necessary
• Demonstrated ability to fully pursue projects in complex, cross-functional and rapidly evolving environment is required
• Basic knowledge of online advertising and measurement methods and technologies, understanding the process of tagging advertisements is needed
• Strong social competence and excellent communication and presentation skills in fluent English and Swedish is required
