The Continuous Improvement Business Analyst is responsible to drive implementation of various workstreams in functional and cross-functional process initiatives as well as contribute to various activities within overall CI development

Key Operational Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities/tasks for Business Analyst are:

• To drive and support the CI process initiatives & deployment across EMEA
• Lead core-team workshops and initiative workstreams
• To follow-up/track the progress of implementation of various process initiatives
• To support the implementation the lean tools/methodologies & various CI trainings across EMEA
• To drive the implementation of the CI Governance across EMEA
• To promote CI best practices sharing/seeking across sector including benchmarking with other companies in the field of lean office implementation
• Provide analytical and project coordination support to various initiatives within Sector CI team

Considering the nature of work, the candidate should expect to travel with high intensity.

Candidate Requirements

The initiatives that CI team is involved in are of high priority for EMA EMEA and consequently puts high requirements on skill level, background and personality. You are independent, confident, have a lot of personal drive as well as ability to work with people at all levels of the organization with strong social skills. Overall a clear high-potential candidate with a genuine interest in having a career in Electrolux

We expect the right candidate to have

• Master Degree in Engineering / Business / Economics
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience after University graduation
• Strong project management skills
• Ability and willingness to lead presentations / workshops
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly motivated to discover insights, trends, and patterns through data analysis
• Enjoys assimilating complex information into clear and effective presentations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, priorities and deadlines
• Detail oriented yet flexible and able to work in a fast-paced lean-environment

• A passion for creating & optimizing processes and methodology easy to be implemented
• Enthusiastic, energetic and pro-active
• A fast thinker with ability to pick up and treat new information rapidly
