As we continue expanding our business, we are looking for a
CHIEF ACCOUNTANT who will be based in Stockholm.
You will be responsible for the management and development of the company's accounting and reporting, and coordinating the activities of your team. You will cooperate daily with the managers of the group's accounting area and the heads of various departments.
Key areas of responsibility
• Accounting in accordance with Swedish GAAP and IFRS
• Preparing financial statements and reports for authorities and company management
• Setting up and improving the reporting system
• Taxation
• Payroll
• Financial analysis, planning and cost control
• Providing business and financial advice to company management
• Managing other accountants (1-2 people)
Qualifications
• University degree in accounting or finance
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish taxation system
• Fluent in Swedish (verbal and written)
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Must have at least 2 years' experience in a Chief Accountant position
• Must have experience in finance, administration and/or business operations
Must have good knowledge and experience of international reporting
• High sense of responsibility and accuracy
• Computer literacy
