We are a leading supplier of hardware for high-speed broadband networks and enterprise switching solutions.
We have delivered more than 1.000.000 end user ports to customers worldwide since 2001. Our customers include the largest and most successful municipal and utility fiber networks in the world, as well as property developers, carriers and cable companies.
Our product portfolio consists of layer2, layer3 switches and aggregation routers for advanced service and access control in broadband networks and other applications. Outside of Sweden we are working primarily through channels/partners and system integrators to promote our products.
We are now looking for a Channel Manager/Business developer who will help us grow even more.

Business experience:
High speed broadband/enterprise access product sales direct and via indirect channels. Partner recruitment and contract negotiations.
5-10 years major account development and/or indirect channel experience in Europe. Previous experience in selling broadband or enterprise access switches/routers.
Proven success in technical sales or related space is a must as well as having a track record of achieving assigned quotas, leading coordination of and responding to complex proposals while working successfully with indirect channels in a joint selling capacity.

Requirements/Job Responsibilities:
Understand the business acumen necessary to sell in the broad band access arena
Understanding of the European broadband and/or Enterprise IT market
Experience in both channel and direct touch sales
Existing relations within the broadband market
Experience from validation and recruitment of new partners
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to interact with and deliver solutions to an executive audience
Customer identification, business analysis and research to uncover product purchase motivators
Ability to position our products competitively and provide customers with a complete technological advancement story that solves specific business problems with a quantifiable result.
Experience in working with Sales Force
Customers are located across Europe and International travel will be required. Proficiency in English is a must.
