Small, dedicated team is bringing the flavors of Brazil to Stockholm - through specialty coffee, Brazilian pastries, lunch dishes, and cold-brew coffee drinks. You will be working in a small café, closely alongside with one of co-owners, who is also a certified barista. Together, you will strive to create a unique taste experience inspired by Brazil - where coffee, food, and atmosphere are at the heart of everything done.

Who we are looking for:
Certified Barista with Experience in Specialty Coffee
Your responsibilities:
• prepare espresso and filter coffee with precision and consistency;
• perform latte art and master specialty coffee techniques;
• greet guests warmly and take orders with attention to detail;
• assist with food service and light food preparation;
• contribute to smooth daily café operations in collaboration with management.
Requirements:
• you are fluent in English and have good communication skills;
• you speak and understand Swedish at least at a basic level;
• you are a certified barista with at least 2-3 years of experience in specialty coffee;
• you are skilled in both espresso and pour-over methods (e.g. V60, Kalita).

• you are service-minded and respectful to customers;
• you are friendly, positive, and willing to help others.
What the employer offers:
• full-time contract (100%);
• 6 months probation period;
• Paid lunch / meal subsidy, and Wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag);
• different shifts are available - to be discussed with employer in case of employment.

This position is part of a project that is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF).
