National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS) är ett internationellt konsortium med intressen från Sverige och Kina. Med stöd av befintliga resurser och tillförsel av japansk spetsteknologi startar företaget en ny verksamhet i Trollhättan, där utveckling och produktion inriktas på elbilar. Målet är att bli en ledande tillverkare av elbilar.
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS) builds on the Saab Automobile AB legacy of innovative power, quality, progressive design and a firm commitment to environmental and safety issues. Our aim is to be a front runner in the automotive industry, with focus on electric vehicles.
Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.
The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.
Description
Our Engineering department is now creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a Certification Manager. This role includes excellent knowledge within the work area as you and your team are
• conducting certification activities towards authorities for the engineering work area
• initiating, planning and ordering hardware, lab time, government surveillance, etc
• developing the certification basis for the markets of sale
• coordinating/monitoring self-certification activities in
engineering
• being the knowledgeable interpretation of the applicable legal
requirements
• assist line / projects in the automotive legal issues
As manager you are also
• developing and stimulate your team members to achieve
excellent performance
• making sure that your team continuous are developing
efficient processes and procedures
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
• relevant experience in the work area, at least 5 years,
preferably in the automotive industry'
• degree in Master of Science or equivalent experience
• documented management experience
• experience of conducting certification activities towards
authorities
• knowledge of self-certification
You master English, both in written and spoken.

• have a strategic ability
Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
